Sheri Rocha is a board-certified Physician Associate and the founder and co-owner of Modern Aesthetics. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis. She continued on with her education, receiving two separate master’s degrees – one in Public Health (MPH) and one in Physician Associate Studies (MSPAS). Sheri has spent the last seven+ years learning, refining, and polishing her dermatology and aesthetic skills. She has worked alongside Allergan national trainers, has received multiple 1-on-1 hands-on trainings from some of the biggest names in aesthetics, and is considered a master in her craft completing an Allergan Master Expert Series course in 2021. She is well-trusted by her clients.
Sheri is honest, personable, and detail-oriented. She believes in the power of prevention and has a passion for helping her patients age gracefully while maintaining a refreshed and youthful appearance. Outside of work, Sheri enjoys traveling, discovering new music artists, and soaking up the sunshine (with SPF of course!). Her most valued time is spent alongside her family, friends, and her German shepherd pup.
Precious Barnes, DO
Medical Director
Dr. Precious Barnes is Board Certified in Family Medicine with a sub-specialty in Neuromusculoskeletal medicine. She has a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master's in Organizational Development and Leadership. She completed her extensive training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where the focus is on a holistic approach to patient wellness and care.
Dr. Barnes has significant experience in several cosmetic medical procedures and approaches. She has extensive experience with Botox in a variety of settings, including a Neurology clinic she assisted which had a focus on Migraines. She has several publication credits and continues to be a guest lecturer for medical conferences worldwide.
Currently, Dr. Barnes practices hospital medicine in Washington and enjoys teaching medical students and residents throughout their clinical training years. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language. She enjoys exploring and engaging with other cultures while her life's passion is raising her incredible twin daughters.
